Join a growing Civil Construction company based in Napier and become an integral part of our dynamic team. We are seeking an experienced Builder/Hammer Hand to join our progressive and growing civil construction company. The right person will have the ability to develop their role and manage a small team on a wide variety of works.

Key Requirements:

  • Full License.

  • An eye for detail and quality finish.

  • A positive can-do attitude.

  • The ability to adapt to a range of work.

  • Proven experience in similar areas of work.

  • The ability to lead a team and manage work schedules.

  • The ability to plan projects and materials requirements.

  • Legal eligibility to work and live in New Zealand.

  • LBP not required for the type of work, but would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking someone with broad skills to support civil construction works across a wide range of projects across the Hawkes Bay region. This work will include:

  • Kitchen and Bathroom fit outs/renovations.

  • Retaining walls.

  • Fencing.

  • Timber head walls.

  • Roading and personal railings.

  • Portable building fit outs.

  • Pole sheds.

  • Concrete boxing.

  • Landscape timber works.

  • Supporting civil construction works from time to time.
