The Mission Hills Puketitiri Road project in Napier involved the delivery of essential infrastructure for a major greenfield subdivision, with works spanning stormwater and wastewater networks, bulk earthworks, service trenching, and road construction. Located along a busy arterial route, the site required careful planning, environmental compliance, and detailed coordination with Napier City Council and affected stakeholders.

The project included the construction of a stormwater detention pond, a large engineered rock swale, and the installation of sewer, stormwater, and service infrastructure to meet Napier City Council’s development standards. A significant volume of earth was moved and compacted to NZTA F/1 standards, with all testing, CCTV, and as-builts completed to NCC requirements. Despite the range of disciplines involved, the works were successfully delivered within time, budget, and environmental expectations.
